How Do We Curved Order Process?

1. You place the order.
2. We contact you for architect survey and some more details like seat colour, seat material, rail colour etc. (Price may increase or decrease according to the length or bend of the staircase)
3. After survey we send your staircase design to the manufacturer.
4. Manufacturer makes the design and sends to me for approval.
5. We send you the design provided by the manufacturer.
6. After your approval we confirm to the manufacturer to start production of your stairlift. (Most order manufacturing takes between 7-9 days)
7. After production we import your stairlift by air. (5-7 working days)
8. After import we inspect your stairlift before sending it to you.
9. After inspection, we will send stairlift and technician for installation. (Duration: Max 2-3 days)
10. Installation time takes 1-2 days, it depends on the complexity of the stairs.

What is Short Start?

Short Start refers to a stairlift rail design feature that allows the stairlift to be installed and operated effectively even when there is limited space at the beginning (bottom).

What is Horizontal Landing?

The flat, level area at the top of a staircase where the stairlift can end its journey. Horizontal landings are particularly important for individuals with mobility issues, as they provide a stable and secure platform for using the stairlift.

What is Standard Landing?

In a standard landing your stairlift stops at the last step then you have to swivel the stairlift to get down.

What is Standard Start?

The initial point where the stairlift begins its journey up or down the staircase. Standard Start takes more space compare to the Short or First Riser Start.
